SASMEE Model Railway in Adelaide

Ride-on model railways aren’t that uncommon. Plenty of cities have them.

What makes the SASMEE (South Australian Society of Model and Experimental Engineers) one remarkable is that it is run by volunteers a couple of afternoons a month, for only $6 entry (unlimited rides).

Now I want this site to be about photography not travel reviews, but it really does feel like a step back in time and is a great day out.

Best thing to do with kids in Adelaide? Must be close.
